All EOWT Clinicians have:
A Master's Degree (or further education) + a New Jersey license -OR- Florida license (or both) in:
Mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or other mental health and wellness related field. All new hires must provide proof of licensure + professional liability insurance prior to start date. State interns must additionally provide credentials of their state supervisor for verification prior to start date.

Access to insurance-pay & EAP clients.
Essence of Wellness Therapy is also contracted with Optum - an umbrella for multiple insurance companies. Once added as a credentialed Optum clinician through Essence of Wellness Therapy, you will have access to insurance pay & EAP clients (no utilization reviews, no separate notes submission).
Access to Veteran clients through the VA-CCN.
Essence of Wellness Therapy is an authorized provider for the VA-CCN (Veterans' Affairs Community Care Network). Clinicians who choose to obtain this additional credential will have access to Veteran clients who have too long of wait times at their local VA hospital/ medical centers for counseling services.
Burnout Prevention via weekly 1:1 Wellness Session with Clinical Director
